Our apps ask for the minimum they need to run. No account walls, no tracking for its own sake, no selling anything to anyone.
A real person reads support email and replies. Bugs get fixed in the next release, not eventually.
03 — Privacy Policy
Effective 20 July 2026 · Applies to all apps published by Vincenzo Labs, a trading name of Winner Software Ltd.
Short version: we don't want your data. The long version follows, because Google Play and the UK GDPR both require it in writing.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal information through our apps.
Content you create inside an app — text, files, settings — stays on your device. We cannot see it and it is never uploaded to us.
Google Play collects standard installation and crash data on our behalf. This is aggregated and does not identify you individually. We use it only to find crashes and decide which Android versions to support. Full detail is in Google's Privacy Policy.
Each app requests only the permissions it needs to function, and Android will show you exactly what those are before you grant them. If a permission is not required for a feature you use, you can decline it and the rest of the app will still work.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information. There are no advertising networks, analytics brokers, or third-party trackers embedded in our apps. The only third party involved in distribution is Google Play.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because we hold none, these requests are usually answered by confirming that. Write to us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it and the previous version is replaced on this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
